Copyright Registration and Litigation

The firm’s attorneys are experienced in registering copyrights in works of authorship with the U.S. Copyright Office and in litigating copyright infringement cases in Federal Court including obtaining temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, and ex parte seizure orders to seize counterfeit goods. The firm also counsels clients with respect to appropriate forms of agreement to secure ownership of copyrightable works created by employees or independent contractors.
