• Education – Frank received his BS in Electrical Engineering with Highest Honors from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, ranking first in his class, and received his JD with Honors from the George Washington University National Law Center, Washington D.C.
• Experience –  Frank is a Registered US Patent Attorney and an expert in patent application preparation and prosecution in most areas of technology.  He also has extensive experience as a first chair trial lawyer in high profile Intellectual Property Litigation including patent, trademark, and trade secret cases.
